Time to dust off those ladders and float tubes with Pyramid’s opening day right around the corner. Whether you’re a returning angler and need to freshen up your arsenal, or if you are new to this unique approach to get one of those brag-worthy cutthroats, this event is perfect for you!
Join us at Orvis Reno on Saturday Sept, 16th from 1pm-6pm for a day of Pyramid Lake events.
Events:
Pyramid Lake seminar with Don Bounds from 1pm-2pm. Don will go over equipment, techniques, and fly selection.
Fly rod demo’s from 2pm-4pm. Come try out our Pyramid Lake fly rods. It’ll be a good ol’ time! We will have rings and Velcro fish for target practice.
Fly tying from 4pm-6pm. Lets hang out and share ideas and techniques on how to tie your best Pyramid fly. This will not be a class event. The participants are required to bring their own vise, tools, and material. Equipment and materials will be available for purchase during event hours.
