Fresh pasta is a cornerstone of Italian cuisine, and cooks have
been crafting it for centuries- mixing, kneading, and rolling out
dough by hand, then cutting and shaping it according to custom
and regional preference. In this class, we’ll learn to prepare
pasta from scratch and then pair it with homemade sauce!
