Immediate family members shopping on behalf of full-time or activated members of the military not present will be asked to present ID that notes they are family of such personnel.
Process: Upon arriving at Dillard’s, please visit our Customer Service and show your valid Military ID. Our customer service associates will provide you with a bar coded shopping pass to use throughout the day. Please retain this shopping pass and show it to our sales associates at the beginning of every transaction. Your appropriate discount will be applied to each transaction. This pass is valid for one day. Should you decide to shop both days, you will need to get a new shopping pass on day two.
